House renovation in Italy can be a very taxing business, perplexing (did I really ask for that?) tantalising(that price seems too good to be true) and downright frustrating ( I'm sure we said 3 o'clock ) You have to be able to rely on someone else to oversee the work and be there when you can't be, if that someone else is Penny Radford then you're in safe hands. Penny possesses a clear head, a good eye and takes firm control of the proceedings with the minimum of fuss.
If you're clear about what you want, you'll get exactly that, not someone elses interpretation, she will make sure the work is finished on time and be there to sort out any problems.She won't bother you with the inevitable set-backs that occur unless she has to.
Needless to say I'm very happy with my renovation and only wish that I had met Penny sooner, she did a wonderful job and supported me throughout.’
